remove Control view plots from the IsoBunches DQM dir

This PR removes the "ControlView" SiStrip DQM plots from the SiStrip/IsolatedBunches/ directory [i.e. no need to be there]. It keeps them under the SiStrip directory. [i.e. removes duplicated plots]
