PR description:
Upgrade activities are now targeting scenario D41, this PR adds a test workflow to the short matrix to probe it routinely. We have had issues that might perhaps have been spotted earlier by testing it routinely.
PR validation:
runTheMatrix.py -l limited
correctly produces also this additional workflow
