Reduce boost dependency in PhysicsTools/MVAComputer

PR description:

Replaced boost binding for std::bind. The code should have the same behavior.
Since code format modified the whole file, I added the code format changes in a separated commit

PR validation:

Passed on basic runTheMatrix test.
