New HLT DEBUG object: EgTrigSumObj : CMSSW_11_1_X

This PR adds the new E/gamma trigger debug object (now renamed trigger::EgammaObject

No changes are expected as this is a producer which is only so far run in the e/gamma phase-II HLT

This pull request is fully signed and it will be integrated in one of the next CMSSW_11_1_X IBs (but tests are reportedly failing) and once validation in the development release cycle CMSSW_11_3_X is complete.
