TkDQM: PixelPhase1 Summary plots

PR description:

The aim of this PR is to Implement a 3 state (GOOD, WARNING, ERROR) Summary Maps for PixelPhase1 in ONLINE DQM. Pixel online client tested locally over RAW data.
