Use thread safe module types in PhysicsTools/JetMCAlgos

PR description:

• Swtiched to one or global module type
• Also added esConsumes when needed.

This fixes all the CMS deprecated warnings in the package.

PR validation:

Code compiles and no longer issues the deprecated warnings.
