@perrotta @qliphy , this is a late PR targeting 12_4_0_pre4.

It was not brought up yesterday at the ORP, because HLT was not notified of this update of the L1T menu (the new tag was uploaded earlier this morning).

I don't think there is any risks involved with this PR. We just want to have in offline tests the latest version of the L1T menu.
