Updated name of last filter of the HLT

PR description:

This PR is a backport of #38707 for the release 12_4_X.
Update the name of the last filter of the single muon trigger "HLT_IsoMu24". This is necessary as the name has changed from the trigger menu used in Run2 to the one in Run3.

This PR is a backport of #38707 for the release 12_4_X, in order to have the correct setting ready for the July data taking.

This pull request is fully signed and it will be integrated in one of the next CMSSW_12_4_X IBs (tests are also fine) and once validation in the development release cycle CMSSW_12_5_X is complete.
