Changed PrintEventSetupDataRetrieval from a Service to an EDAnalyzer

Changes to the Service API needed for the threaded framework no longer
give Services access to the EventSetup. Therefore to do its job,
PrintEventSetupDataRetrieval needed to be changed to be an EDAnalyzer.
