Set Vx3DHLTAnalyzer to thread_unsafe::DQMEDAnalyzer

The Vx3DHLTAnalyzer uses a global std::vector to hold all Vertices
it has seen. Filling this on different threads will lead to crashes
of cmsRun. Therefore changed it to inherit from thread_unsafe::DQMEDAnalyzer.

thanks @Dr15Jones for this, but I would prefer to have the code fixed instead of making it a thread_unsafe::DQMEDAnalyzer. that's why I add also @dinardo

This pull request is fully signed and it will be integrated in one of the next CMSSW_7_2_X IBs unless changes or unless it breaks tests.
