Backup paths menu Run II

Backup single lepton paths have been added.
New plots to monitor the efficiency of all the trigger bits for each final state have also been added.

When I ran the RelVals I found an error in the following worklfows:

This crash doesn't seem to be related to my PR. Apparently, it's happening to the other PR too.
Could you please take care of that and then relaunch the jenkins tests ?

the failure seems to be unrelated

This pull request is fully signed and it will be integrated in one of the next CMSSW_7_2_X IBs unless changes (but tests are reportedly failing).
