7x Improvements in fireworks geometry

• fix projection of CSC in RhoZ
• fix CSC in 3D view
• add drawing of RPC endcaps (disabled by default)
• add reco geomtery version
• fix tooltips in CSC and RPC in TGeo reco geometry
• remove misleading TGeoManager messages at startup
