Make plots for the cosmic track splitting validation

This code is to make plots for the cosmic track splitting validation, as is done by several other validations in the All In One Tool. I was asked by the alignment conveners to create this pull request in several release cycles.

This PR adds macros for plotting quantities related to cosmics and make them available in the driver commands.
