Multiple Hadronization

[bendavid]

This adds the ability to hadronize an lhe input event multiple times, and also adds the ability to have HepMC event-level filters inside the hadronization loop. These features are meant to be used to boost the efficiency when running a hadronization-level filter on lhe events.

Cross section machinery also updated to take this into account.
