74 x mixing additions merge 7893 7828

Replaces 7828. Adds capability to store pThat of each minbias interaction, as well as the true vertex position, for all of the pileup events (premixed or not.). Also stores the eventID of each pileup event. Merged on top of 7893, which also had modifications to the same code.
