Fix compilation error with EDM_ML_DEBUG

ExpressionVariable was failing to compile with
the command "scram b USER_CXXFLAGS="-DEDM_ML_DEBUG"
because EDGetTokens cannot be printed with
operator<< which was happening in a LogDebug
print statement.
