Noticing this error on the console.

Tested a bunch of sites including fresh installs and we are seeing the same thing everywhere.

This is happening with the content block when adding or editing.

Seams to be related to #8324 marked as merged but issue not fixed.

We've seen the same problem in various sites running 8.5.4
