    - Remove command
        - on removing a gem, prompt for a version of all of them
        - on a source, prompt for confirmation, since all of those gems will be removed
    - check-update 
        - look for a new version of the gems that are in the repository and send an alert to someone about them.
    - add
        - have a handy way to install a local gem from the file system.
