If you've suddenly started getting this error (as I did), I believe it's due to the base url used in the library. It's currently set to "http://flickr.com", which Flickr seems to have just started redirecting (which Net::Http doesn't follow by default). The quickest solution is to change this in the gem code (line 46) to: HOST_URL = 'http://api.flickr.com'
or cancel
