Updated the initial login to conver the cookie expires at time to Time 
instead of passing i tthrough as a DateTime, as merb now expects Time

Didn't quite work as I'd hoped as the plugin model doesn't expose the 
created_at/updated_at fields that a model usually would. Will have to 
think a little more outside the box

Fixed logging in via cookie for Merb HEAD, they now expect a Time for 
set_cookie, not a DateTime so a simple conversion will suffice.

Updated plugin#install method to test that the Plugin record was created 
today, touched today, never updated and not a new record, as per the DM 
integration tests.

Updated *all* files excluding gems/ to have a \n and EOF to ensure 
compatibility with other editors apart from Textmate, and to avoid 
superfluous change messages regarding No-\n-at-end-of-line patch 
differentials in future.

remove unnecessary checks from "fire" events. Furthermore, 'new_record?' 
does not work after 'create' ("create" is a call to 'repository.~save~' 
sets @new_record false!)

fixing the Merb 0.9.3 cache issue at long last within Feather, as trying 
to get people to use only Merb 0.9.2 is becoming difficult - this can be 
removed once Merb 0.9.4 is released (the cache issue is fixed within 
edge)

Fixing an issue with datamapper 0.9.1 where before :save throws an super: 
no superclass method `save' - (NoMethodError) error. Changed all before 
:saves to before :create and :update respectively, except for the article 
save_events, and moved include DataMapper::Resource to the bottom of the 
include list. I think that was the real fix.
