This is a sub-issue of #1455 .

Describe the Sub-Issue

Make bolding consistent throughout the documentation. Bolding names is inconsistent throughout the document. This should be reviewed and a format/system decided upon for the entire document to make it consistent. Lisa will provide examples for review.

We have decided not to do this work at this time. At this time, we plan to update any corrections to bolding on an as needed basis.
