PortBridge Source Code for Azure ServiceBus Connectivity.

1. Download the solution

2. Open the solution

3. Modify the servicebus connection credentials

4. Modify the targetHost in the PortBridge project

5. Modify the PortBridge Agent configuration

6. Build the solution (compiled files go to ..\bin\Debug directory

7. Start PortBridge.exe from command line

8. Now you can eploy the PortBridgeAgent.exe anywhere to expose the targetHost endpoint

9. You can create a new Azure VM and run PortBridgeAgent.exe or deploy it from http://www.appsforazure.com

10. You may also deploy PortBridgeAgent.exe anywhere on any machine as long as it can reach servicebus
