Refactored Waves error handling a bit. Logging of standard error types is 
now in Dispatchers::Base, since we should always log the error for things 
like 404. There is no default error handling hard-coded in 
Resource::Mixin. Instead, the foundations provide some basic defaults. To 
customize the error handling, either do it in the Foundation or add it to 
the app. Do not hardcode it in Resource::Mixin. Also, rendering the stack 
trace in debug mode can be done using Rack::ShowExceptions, which is 
enabled in Development mode.

Updated bin/waves-* to set up include path for Waves. Modified the command 
files to take --startup option. Modfied runtime to look for startup.rb, 
period. No 'lib/application.rb' fall-back anymore, not needed. The rest of 
the modifications are around resources: rewrote the selector class to deal 
with the new #direct method and to handle delegate if given. Took out any 
path generation code, aside the from the path.rb file itself. Added 
Resources::Delegate class and added traits to the request.
