You must use ASCII characters for resource path localization to be on the safe side, please change the Arabic script on lines 16 and 17 into equivalent sounding ASCII characters(i.e. transliterate them)

Disabled ActionController resource path name localization for Rails version < 2.1.0
I guess I’m responsible, I’ll make sure it is disabled for rails < 2.1.0
Someone please help implement the spec here
