This repository contents a script to run the new extended version of e-Driver that can analyze 3D PPI interfaces and linear protein regions. It als contains the necessary files to reproduce the results presented in the paper. All the files to reproduce the results from the Bioinformatics paper can be found in the folder called "bioinformatics_paper".
