Fixed slow start of audio streams, it was because HEAD was failing and 
there was no content/type to use, so DVDPlayer was being used

Make sure we skip ID3 tags, with PMS. Very inefficient, we shouldn't be 
doing this much seeking, but that's XBMC code to blame
