Bundle and support Java Service Wrapper (http://wrapper.tanukisoftware.org) allowing to easily start/stop a service, as well as install it as a daemon. The scripts exists under bin/service.

Privilege escalation with dynamically included tasks in Ansible
(using `include_tasks`) is not consistent across versions.

Ansible version 2.7 and beyond [1] introduced `apply: \n become: true`
but in Vagrant or old nightly nodes we may have to deal with base images
using a slightly older Ansible version (e.g. 2.5.x).

There is a version agnostic design pattern [2] utilizing block: to
properly inherit privilege escalation.

Apply block/become for dynamically included tasks in various fixtures.
