Refactored finding an article manually with Article[comment.article_id] to 
use the association comment.article.

Set comment expiration back. Seems to only be an issue if you use a custom 
permalink. Need to look into updating for that.

Fixed tag bug that was showing unpublished articles, and now when someone 
submits a comment without an http:// prefix, it'll wang it in.

tidied up some of the plugin code, and attempted to use some common 
patterns across all the plugins; also updated the plugin manifests to 
include the proper feather blog url, and (hopefully) fixed the pings 
plugin now using the new after_publish_article_request event

fixed order of tweets, now showing tweets before first post, and up to 
five tweets after the last article in the index, and also fixed an issue 
with the source column that was causing issues when storing a source that 
contains a link (such as a 3rd party source)

fixed an issue with the published date time, also setting the source to be 
"unknown" as the links for 3rd party sources that Twitter put in 
seemed to be breaking something, will look into that

added a Twitter plugin, to allow integration of Twitter messages (tweets) 
into your Feather blog; also updated snippets to use the array of 
available view hooks so that it doesn't have to be altered every time a 
new view hook is added to Feather core

added in comment settings, such as moderation, and some spam protection in
