Revert the last of the plugin "fixes", since the Getting Started 
document now references the new plugin installation procedure. My bad for

Set comment expiration back. Seems to only be an issue if you use a custom 
permalink. Need to look into updating for that.

tidied up some of the plugin code, and attempted to use some common 
patterns across all the plugins; also updated the plugin manifests to 
include the proper feather blog url, and (hopefully) fixed the pings 
plugin now using the new after_publish_article_request event

added install scripts for the plugins that require models to be migrated 
before they will work, now this is executed as part of the installation

1.) Removed that class << self in comment.rb as I think the ruby
