Hitting cancel should just bring you back to the prior screen. This is especially annoying when your only other option is "index" which takes you back to the main menu.

There is currently no way to rename an event without deleting it and creating a new one.

Deleting is not ideal if people have already started entering racers or started racing.

It should also show up on the get ready, race, and stats screens.

The text in the global config can be used as the default text. Whereas everytime someone clicks "new event" it will use that text and timestamp. ex: New Event Name: "Open Sprints: Sept 25th"

Add "XX racers are assigned to this category" in the category. This will help people think twice about deleting.

The input boxes are not contained to the scroll box area. The text disappears and reappears, but the input boxes don't. Also the scroll bar is not the full height of the grey box so there is space that could be used to show elements that isn't. I am wondering if that is intentional for the save button, but that is a lot of room for just a save button.

Show "Current Firmware Version is X.XX"

Since some people will think in terms of bikes and others will think in terms of rollers, can we rename the tab to "Bikes / Rollers"

The software needs some way to display and update versions of firmware on connected Arduinos. Currrently there is no automated method for anyone buying an unassembled kit to use.

suggestion: Add a "Show / Hide Finished Races" button.

When setting up an event, the promoter may want to set up their categories -- for that event -- but before they start entering racers.

Allow the person entering names to add a brand new racer category from inside the "add a new racer" screen.

Currently, there is no way to rename categories without deleting them and creating a new one. This of course doesn't work when there are racers already assigned to them.

"Warning: Racers are assigned" error message needs to appear if there are, you guessed it, racers assigned to that category. In similar situations in other software they give you a list or at least a count of those assignments.

Categories should go under configuration.

Add a "Are you sure you want to do this?" question when delete button is clicked. It is way to easy to quickly delete something that will take awhile to re-assign.

Due to the fact that there are so many sub menus in Configuration, perhaps they should all be listed on the left side of the gray box instead of along the top. This would also fit the style of the Event screen.

More than 7 events falls of netbook screen and the user has no way to get to them.

if there is no new "event" in the event screen, have it automatically go to the enter a name "save & continue" box.

Also add a "cancel" button.

Why is 'Race Distance' in this screen? Seems like it should be somewhere else.

Choosing a color for any of the bikes isn't an option at all. For example, choosing yellow on the color wheel gives the description rgb (255, 255, 255) in the 'choose color' inputbox. But anywhere else in the software the color does not appear. It is simply white.

When you click on the 'stats' button without any completed races, the software freezes.

Why does the user have to enter a category for every racer, even though the options appear below the 'save' and 'cancel' buttons. To the user, it appears that the category chosen for the racer is being saved. The user shouldn't have to re-select categories every time for each racer. The user should be able to highlight previous selections of chosen categories.

If you select a custom bike color (besides red or blue) from the color wheel, it shows up as white in the "Edit Race" and "Race" screens.

1) If you type a name, hit tab, the dropdown box is highlighted, but the arrow keys don't allow you to select which dropdown menu item, it automatically picks the first item in the list that isn't already assigned as a category.

2) You can't tab to the "Save" button

Changing the category for an existing racer adds an identical racer into the racers box on the events screen.

When clicking the add button for the first racer, other racers disappeared from the unmatched box. After clicking the add button for the second racer, all unmatched racers disappeared from the unmatched box. Strangely, when clicking the 'x' button on the previously selected racer returns the previously deleted racers to the unmatched box. Also, if you 'save and add another race' the racers re-appear.

After 5 or so races and filtering by category for women, I clicked new round and chose 2 to advance. This was fine. But when I chose to filter by category once for men and chose to advance two, all of the racers disappeared.
