Whoops, git-svn rebase says it takes the same arguments as git-rebase, but 
it doesn't, so we need to switch to the branch before rebasing.

git-svn changed it's behaviour with the lastest version, and no longer 
creates a git-svn branch. Modify git-svn detection to look for a 
[svn-remote "svn"] string in .git/config
