<message>Initial commit. This is a fork of the seattle.rb flog project. Committing Flog-1.1.0 sources.

Forking for two reasons:

 1. My focus is on improving the ability to use flog to track who is responsible for the most unwieldy methods on a project.
 2. The flog sources are kept in a private perforce repository. WTF?</message>
