The Defensio spam detection engine wasn't reading the signature, spaminess 
and spam fields from the Viking response.

Defensio accuracy in the graph is now shown using 1 decimal, instead of 5 
or 6.

MehpistoController#dispatch_comments only requires #logged_in? and not 
#admin? to tell the Comment whether or not the user is authenticated.

If there were no spam engine data in comment, marking as spam or ham would 
fail using the Defensio engine.

Site#clear_approve_comment_if_spam_engine_not_null, a before_save 
callback, would sometimes return false, preventing the save from 
occuring.
