Galician Translation for NetBeans IDE

A bunch of files from the OmegaT project to sync with the others
members of the translation.

Just create a OmegaT project selection the sources from the NetBeans
mercurial repository and attach this files over the project.

Contains statistics, the translation memory, and a terminologic 
dictionary for Galician language.
