Base Admin interface that I use for most rails applications

It includes User and UserSession models for Authlogic authentication

Also some basic tests only for user model/controller

== Getting Started

1. rake db:migrate
2. rake db:seed
3. ruby ./script/server
4. Go to http://localhost:3000/admin  
5.  username: admin
6.  password: welcome
