Windows installer doesn't seem to contain (or install) git-cola.pyw #40

Tested both on a Vista x64 and a Windows XP VM.

I'm having the same issue. Here's what gets installed at my computer (Vista-64):

$ find /c/Program\ Files\ \(x86\)/git-cola/
/c/Program Files (x86)/git-cola/
/c/Program Files (x86)/git-cola/etc
/c/Program Files (x86)/git-cola/etc/git.bmp
/c/Program Files (x86)/git-cola/etc/git.ico

win32: Use a relative directory when building installer

Otherwise setup.py writes files to the wrong directory.
