gwachob (Gabe Wachob)

A script to generate a n-deep tree of user-sets (groups inside groups, etc) with users in the "leaf" groups. For testing the perf of user_set has_role on deep tree.

Making ths reconstitute script a little easier to use from command line

A change in the wikifixture sets user_id when you create a user, so tests shouldn't use that variable name. Side-effects--

Handle the (very common) case of no default workspace by generating a 404, but not a system error in the log (Fer cryin' out LOUD!)

Fix for {bz: 3122}. Move the processing for count & offset in /data/workspace/:ws/pages into to ST::Model::Pages to allow offset to work beyond 500 results.

Events from public workspaces are not shown in /data/events, but still shown in /data/events/activities, etc & in conversations where applicable

Fix some miki wikid tests around redirect behavior to match implementation

Fix for a bunch of issues with miki updates that weren't reflected in this wikid test. Remaining failures are related to behavior of redirects (should posting a signal return a 302? Is it oK if /lite returns 2 chained 302's?) - not clear what the right behavior is.
