Determine the max daily revenue lazily. This changes the behavior to be less prciese initially but also decreases the time on my iPhone 3GS from 6 seconds (dialy data in every country since 9/2008) to less than 1 second to display the day view. In my opinion, the tradeoff is more than worth it.

When creating the Regions graph, use the units sold rather than monetary value to compute the percentages. The relative values should be the same, but the display will now be correct for free applications.
