Hi!

First thanks for über-cool effort for creating mountable apps as gems, I have been looking for this effort since Slices and have been playing with similar ideas when playing with Rack.

However with my new os enviroment, when I generate scaffold, the extlib is missing from runtime dependencies. So, should we update Readme with "gem install pancake --development" or move extlib for runtime dependencies?

PS. Anyway, I probably hit some rubygems bug, cos when I used "--development" flag, it tried to install rspec also with "--development" flag, strange indeed.
