Run on Google App Engine

1. Edit server/app.yaml, Set SLACK_API_TOKEN or LINE_NOTIFY_TOKEN
2. Deploy!

$ goapp deploy
or
$ gcloud app deploy server/app.yaml server/cron.yaml
