Rails Instrumentation Plugin

UPDATE 9/14/2009 - This plugin has been deprecated and will no longer be supported. Please see the 'rails_request' 
plugin
in this repo for Ruby on Rails monitoring.

This is a Scout Plugin that provides deep rails instrumentation. The Scout Agent (version 3.0) is required along with 
its companion Rails plugin.
