ant -buildfile somewhere/build.xml -Dname=someproject setup

somewhere being where the checkout of this code lives, someproject
being the name of the project you run that, and a directory someproject
will be created with all the app engine jars and what not

code lives in src/name/servlet.clj where name is the name of the project
