Remove the lr parameter from the URL templates of both Google search
engines. This parameter is used to indicate in what language the
search results will be provided. Though it is possible to change the
default localization of results in the settings and the parameter
overrides that setting. So leave it up to the user what particular
localization he or she would like to use.
And of course one can easily add new search engines now so it's not a
big deal about the default set.
