Fixed Event::search and Event#text_for_solr to use lower-cased strings, because apparently Solr is case-sensitive.

Reworked RecentChangesHelper#changes_for to return the column changes as hashes with previous/current values, rather than magical index positions.

Reworked recent changes so that previous is on left, current is on the right.

Reworked RecentChangesHelper#title_for to return the previous change's title for an update, since that'll be more recognizable.
