uzbl event manager and tab manager and cookie manager

uzbltreetab sessions:
    * run it with an argument to name it.
    * for example, `uzbltreetab main` will make:
        * /tmp/uzlbtreetab-main fifo
        * $XDG_CONFIG_HOME/treetabsession-main session file
        * @tabfifo variable set to path of the fifo (/tmp/uzlbtreetab-main)
    * if run without an argument, it will keep no session and get a randomly
        numbered fifo (/tmp/uzbltreetab-########)
    * I am unlikely to add this to uzbltab since I am lazy and never use it.

uzbl-browser:
    * For convenience I have included my uzbl-browser script for others to use
        as a basis for their own (it will NOT work out of the box)
    * contains required steps for uzbltreetab to work

uzblcookied:
    * people complained that uzbl-cookie-daemon was slow, so I made this.
    * entirely compatible with uzbl-cookie-daemon, no need to change anything
    * just run it in before starting the first instance of uzbl. Use -m if
      you want to sync cookies only at axit (significant performance boost,
      but some cookies may be lost if uzblcookied crashed).
