SimpleTicket is an open source ticketing application based on Ruby on Rails.
 
This is a release candidate and is not final. The following major tasks remain
until for a stable release:
 
* simplify css/style/views/interfaces/etc
* complete testing units, etc.
* template simplification
* user interface, tweaking ease and design of
* internet explorer
* removed unused code
