We need to create a more interactive bootmenu for isolinux. Users should be able to choose between more keyboard layouts and should be able to check which daemons they want started by default.
Ubuntu does the keyboard part very nicely, we should check how they do it.
Added a workaround, which adds submenus to the isolinux menu with options for common (european) layouts. A more intelligent system would still be nice to have though.
Currently the part of the installer where the contents of the livecd are copied to the users harddisk is shown without anything indicating progress except for the fairly unhelpful rsync output on tty8.
