This is a software package for running monte carlo simulations on GMM distributions.
Download the source files. There are several dependencies listed in requirements.txt
$ pip install -r requirements.txt
$ python setup.py install
This software is also available as a PyPi package
https://pypi.python.org/pypi/gmmmc/
To install with pip you need to install some dependencies first
$ pip install numpy, Cython, scipy, scikit-learn
Or alternatively, use the requirements.txt file
$ pip install -r requirements.txt
Then run the command
$ pip install gmmmc
