You’ll need an update-to-date flickr_fu 

   gem sources -a http://gems.github.com
   sudo gem install commonthread-flickr_fu

create a config/flickr.yml file that has your flickr api key and looks like this: 

  key: 'ce10c78532e1fd..........'
  secret: '00184......'
