fixed broken test suite by adding http auth parameters to FakeWeb stubbed url

Updated history, readme and website to reflect that http auth is supported.

First shot at http auth seems to be working.

Aliased client to access_token to get create a standard interface method for Twitter::Base to use once I add http auth.

Fixed issue with friendship_create. Twitter assumed if follow parameter was there it should turn notifications on even for follow=false. friendship_create now only sends follow if follow is true.

Fixed that search was ignoring many options when making request. Stupid mistake. Changed the tests to test stuff farther down the chain so this doesn't happen again.

Implemented that index fields can also be specified with symbols.

validates numericality of now uses attribute_before_typecast to do validation if it exists. If not it just uses attribute.

Validates confirmation of now creates _confirmation accessor for you like rails does.

Required activesupport and added allow nil and allow blank for acceptance, confirmation, format, length, numericality and presence validations to be more rails-ish.

Renamed tests to be test_ instead of _test for more autotest compatibility.
